Email a Patient
Would you like to send a word of cheer or encouragement to a Trident Medical Center Patient? Well, now you can send a special greeting to any patient currently staying at Trident Medical Center. Our Volunteers will deliver your e-mail (free of charge) as soon as possible; however, e-mails cannot be delivered to outpatients, employees, or patients who have already been discharged.
Guidelines
- E-mails received before Noon on weekdays will be delivered to the patient on that day
- E-mails received after Noon, or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered on the next business day
- DO NOT include attachments (i.e. photos or music)
- If a patient has been discharged from the hospital, we will be unable to deliver your message or forward it to their residence.
General Internet communication is inherently not secure. For this reason, we highly recommend that data considered confidential or private in nature not be submitted on this form. (e.g., Social Security Numbers, Diagnosis Information, Credit Card Numbers, etc.)
