About Brighton Park Emergency
Brighton Park Emergency, a freestanding emergency room (FSER), is a full-service ER offering the same services as a traditional ER. As a member of the Trident Health System, we are part of a network providing more emergency care than any other provider in the South Carolina Lowcountry region.
We serve the Summerville communities with compassionate care, quick diagnoses and effective treatment with short to no wait times. Our 10,800 square-foot location is near the Nexton entrance off exit 199 on Interstate 26 at 1626 N. Main Street in Summerville, SC.
