  • Prior to joining Sarah Cannon, Dr. Neskey was the Program Director for the Head & Neck Surgical oncology fellowship program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Additionally, he was co-program leader for Cancer Immunology at Hollings Cancer Center and was the principle investigator on NIH funded head and neck cancer research and investigator initiated therapeutic clinical trials for patients with head and neck cancer.
  • Dr. Neskey currently serves on the Advanced Training Council for the American Head and Neck Society and is a member of the NRG Oncology Head and Neck Surgical Subcommittee.

  • Prior to joining Sarah Cannon, Dr. Day was Director of the Head and Neck Tumor Center at Hollings Cancer Center and the Wendy & Keith Wellin Endowed Chair in Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina and faculty member in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
  • Dr. Day is a past President of the American Head & Neck Society and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance, Inc.

Betsy Kay Davis MS, DMD

Betsy Kay Davis MS, DMD

Dr. Davis is the National Director for Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Dental Oncology of the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare and Trident’s Head and Neck Specialists. She provides comprehensive care for cancer patients needing dental treatment. Dr. Davis completed her dental degree at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine and completed her prosthodontic residency at the University of Iowa and a residency in implant prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthodontics at UCLA College of Dentistry. She completed her fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Following fellowship, she joined the faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina and developed the MUSC Maxillofacial Prosthodontic Clinic. She served as the Wendy and Keith Wellin Endowed Chair in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Dental Oncology. She is past President of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics (AAMP) and past-Treasurer of the International Society of Maxillofacial Rehabilitation. She serves as the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) representative to the Code Maintenance Committee for the American Dental Association and serves as the ACP and AAMP representative to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. She is the recipient of the Presidential Citation Award from the American Head and Neck Society, an inductee in the American College of Dentists and the recipient of the 2021 ACP’s Distinguished Clinician Award.

  • Dr. Horwich is a board certified head and neck surgical oncologist and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Horwich is currently an active member of the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) and sits on multiple national committees focused on improving patient outcomes.

  • Dr. Lentsch is nationally recognized as a leader in Sialoendoscopy and has receive the Faculty Teaching Award at MUSC
