Biography
Dr. Horwich is a board certified head and neck surgical oncologist and reconstructive surgeon. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia he completed undergraduate, medical school and Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery residency at Dalhousie University School of Medicine.
